As an exploration focused company, Zenith has developed a broad portfolio of assets that cover many commodities across Western Australia and Queensland. These assets include gold, copper, zinc, lead and more recently lithium with the latter becoming a priority focus for the Company moving forward.
This asset portfolio has projects that are 100% owned with some in joint venture arrangements all at various stages of development.
The lithium assets have become a focus for the board and management of Zenith driven by the introduction of the EV Metals Group joint venture announced on 13th January 2022 whereby EV Metals can earn up to a 60% interest in the existing lithium assets 100% owned by Zenith currently. This interest will be earned through the delivery of set milestones based on exploration expenditure commitments within a 24 month period. These assets include:
- The Split Rocks Project
- The Waratah Well Project
In addition to the EVM Joint Venture, Zenith Minerals also has a 100% interest in the Hayes Hill Lithium Project, north of Norseman in Western Australia, and the Yilmia Lithium Project near Coolgardie, both along highly mineral-prospective corridor with significant untested lithium potential.
