Rodney Michael Joyce

Mike Joyce is a geologist with over 38 years’ experience in mineral exploration, following graduation in 1979 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Geology from Monash University. He also holds an MSc in Mineral Exploration from the Royal School of Mines, University of London, UK.
Mike lead a successful gold exploration team at Aberfoyle Resources Ltd, responsible for significant gold discoveries at Carosue Dam and Davyhurst in Western Australia before joining Giralia Resources NL in 1998, initially as Exploration Manager, then as Managing Director from 2004 until the company was taken over in 2011.

Mick Clifford is a geologist (BSc (Hons) 1987, MSc) with over 29 years’ experience in the exploration industry. Mick held senior technical and business development roles and explored for most major metal commodities during a successful career with Billiton Australia, Acacia Resources and AngloGold Ashanti rising to the position of Regional Exploration Manager Australia.
Mick was Managing Director of ASX listed PacMag Metals Ltd from 2005 until its takeover in 2010, when he co-founded private explorer S2M2 Coal Pty Ltd. He is experienced in international exploration and has had exposure to mining and exploration in the USA, Indonesia, Brazil, PNG, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mexico and Mongolia.
Stanley Allan Macdonald
Stanley Macdonald has been associated with the mining and exploration industry for many years, having been instrumental in the formation of numerous ASX listed companies, including Giralia Resources NL, where he was Director for over 23 years.

Mr Goldsworthy was formerly Exploration Manager at Giralia Resources NL prior to its takeover by Atlas Iron Ltd, and is currently General Manager Business Development at Gascoyne Resources Limited. He has substantial prior experience in the minerals industry with Newcrest Mining (and its predecessor Newmont Australia) where he led and conducted successful exploration programs for gold in Australia and South America.
Mr Graham Riley was appointed as a non-executive director of Zenith, effective 2nd May 2018. Graham Riley is a well – qualified and experienced director. He is a qualified legal practitioner, holding Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence Degrees. Following 10 years in legal practice as a partner of a Perth commercial firm, he resigned to pursue interests in the resources and exploration sector where he has previously served as the Non-executive Chairman of Giralia Resources NL (ASX:GIR), Buru Energy NL (ASX:BRU), Entek Energy Limited (ASX:ETE) and Red Hill Iron Limited (ASX:RHI), and a Director of Adelphi Energy NL.
Peter is an experienced, well known and highly respected mining industry executive. His extensive experience covers senior technical, management, investor relations and human resources positions with major mining companies such as Western Mining Corporation, Newmont and Normandy Mining. In addition, Peter has extensive expertise in equity markets including five years at Merrill Lynch Equities, where he was recognised in 1998 as the top-rated Australian Gold Analyst in Australia, Europe and Asia. In 2000 while General Manager Investor Relations at Newcrest, he was voted by the investment community as the number one Investor Relations Manager in all listed Australian companies.
More recently Peter has served in Board and executive roles both as a Managing Director and in the capacity of Non-Executive Chairman with several ASX listed resource companies, and as CEO and Deputy Chair of a UK Listed copper company. Peter holds a BSc(Hons) in Geology from La Trobe University (1986).

Ms Nelmes is a Chartered Accountant with over 26 years’ experience, including 11 years in Company Secretarial roles for ASX listed and private companies. She was previously a Financial Group Accountant in the financial services sector and has also worked in Chartered Accounting firms, including Deloitte, in the audit and corporate services divisions.
